The easiest and fastest way to send us your files is through PDF technology. Not only are the files complete (with no missing fonts or links) but they hold true colour management, trapping and open pre-press information. The files are so small in size that it is a breeze to send them over the internet – without any loss of quality or data.
Creative Gem only accepts completed, electronic artwork, which must be press ready. We ask our clients to adhere to the following specifications. Failure to do so may be subject for re-quotation and cause a delay in delivery.
Where possible please convert your text to paths, curves or outlines.
All images must be saved in CYMK at 300dpi.
Electronic PDF proofs will only be supplied upon your request. Please outline on your order if you wish to view a proof before production.
Allow 3mm bleed
All printing prices are quoted on CMYK colour printing; please convert any PMS colours accordingly.
CAUTION: Screen colours are never accurate; please check your CMYK specifications. Any files received in any other colour format (i.e.: RGB, Lab, HSB, PMS Pantone) will still be printed and may not reproduce as your expectations; Creative Gem will not be responsible for any colour variations/errors.
