Creative Gem cannot be held responsible for any errors on final output generated by you or the software you use in creating files for output. It is the sole responsibility of the client to review all material including trapping and set colour splits in the original artwork, to attest to its accuracy. The final check before we receive your files is your responsibility.
Ordering
All orders placed through the Creative Gem online order form are final. Once orders have been processed, they cannot be cancelled. Payments via cheque or direct deposit must be received within one week of receipt of order. Please be aware of the terms and conditions before ordering. All orders must be paid for in full before processing.
Proofs
Proofs (if requested) provided by Creative Gem are an indication of the final printed product only. Variations in colour or trim can be a result of the printing process. No reprints at our cost will be printed.
When accepting artwork proofs from Creative Gem, you are held fully responsible for accepting all content. This includes design, spelling, grammar and numbers. It is your responsibility to request another copy if your proof is difficult to read. We will print exactly what is accepted in the final proof. No reprints at our expense will be printed.
Colour Variations
Our printing products may have colour variations from what you have seen on screen, to what the final product looks like, and previous orders. This is the nature of CMYK printing and bulk-run printing. No reprints at our expense will be printed.
Creative Gem Designed Artwork
Artwork designed by Creative Gem remains the property of Creative Gem until paid for. Once paid for the artwork is owned by the client and we can supply a copy of the flattened artwork to the client. Any future orders of the same printing product with same design will incur no artwork fees. Design allows for the design of one concept with one round of changes any additional changes after this point will be billed on an hourly basis.
Submitting your own artwork
Customers who upload their own artwork are fully responsible for the end result of printing. Customers are reminded to submit print-ready artwork with the correct specifications as outlined on our Artwork Specifications page. We will print whatever you submit, and we are not responsible for artwork mistakes. No reprints at our expense will be printed.
It is also your responsibility to ensure that any design that is submitted is not in violation of any copyright laws. We assume that your artwork is legally yours.
Customers are reminded that when we trim the bleed of any printing product, this cut can vary in location up to 3mm in any direction. A 3mm internal margin from the bleed line must be made.
Turnaround
The average turnaround time for printing products is 10 business days. This is from the time receiving payment and accepting the proof, to the time when you receive your order. Design time is extra. Creative Gem will not be held responsible for loss or damages due to printing being delivered after this time.
Delivery
Creative Gem will not be held liable for printing products that are lost, damaged or delayed when delivered by post or courier. All items being delivered must be signed for, so please ensure delivery is to an address which is attended.
If the goods are delivered in a damaged condition or in damaged boxes, it is your responsibility to note this on the delivery docket with the courier immediately upon delivery, any goods signed for will not be reprinted unless this has been done
Prices
While care has been taken in posting correct prices on the website, Creative Gem has the right to remove or change products and prices without notice. All quotes are valid for 14 days only and may be subject to change after this period.
In the unlikely event of a printing error, any queries regarding printing or finishing errors must be made within 5 working days of receipt of goods. If the error is clearly identified as a printing or finishing error, all steps will be taken to rectify it. If the problem is a result of incorrect artwork supplied, the client will be responsible for the reprinting and any associated costs.

Creative Gem is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not use information collected about you other than for the purpose for which it has been provided. We will never disclose your information without your consent unless required or authorised by law. We never give or sell your information to a third party
